Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

BUYER: the customer whose name, address and contact details are provided during the order.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

This agreement concerns the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the AEGEA RESERVE website, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price and payment method of the products are as stated in the order summary and the order confirmation email generated at the end of the order.

ARTICLE 4 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER declares that they have read and are aware of the essential qualities, sale price, payment method and delivery information of the ordered products, and have given the necessary electronic confirmation. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product sound, complete and in accordance with the ordered specifications.

ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Within this period the product must remain unused and retain its commercial value. Foodstuffs whose packaging has been opened, and perishable products or those likely to pass their use-by date, are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

The product is delivered by courier to the address indicated by the BUYER. Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery or credit card (3D Secure). For bank transfers, the order number must be written in the payment reference.

ARTICLE 7 — COMPETENT AUTHORITY

In the application of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts at the domicile of the BUYER or the SELLER, are competent.

By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
